Adrián Quetglas, nestled in Palma, is the culinary canvas of its eponymous chef/owner. The restaurant presents affordable gourmet tasting menus, a testament to Adrián’s successful ten-year culinary journey in Moscow, where he continues to run several restaurants. Tess del Mar Restaurant and Kairiku Restaurant

Campos saw the opening of two exciting restaurants in 2017 — the stylish Mediterranean Tess del Mar and the top-notch Japanese restaurant Kairiku, both housed within the new boutique hotel Sa Creu Nova.

East 26

In the town of Santanyi, the lifestylecentre East 26 is home to a fusion restaurant of the same name, helmed by experienced Austrian chef Peppo (Josef) Mayer. A visit to East 26 is a must when you’re in the area.

15teen Cantina

On the east coast, near Porto Cristo, the owners of the popular Quince restaurant opened 15teen Cantina and Garden in 2017.
